Order Policy
Most order are ready within 24 hours. Limited same-day availability may be available.
📍 RESCHEDULING POLICY
Orders may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time may not be accommodated.
Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.
📍 LATE PICKUP POLICY
Please arrive within your selected pickup window.
A short grace period is allowed. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you.
We understand that things come up and will do our best to accommodate when possible.
📍 MISSED DELIVERY POLICY
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or a safe space for your order is available during the scheduled delivery window.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to an additional delivery $7 fee.
📍 NO-SHOW POLICY
Orders that are not picked up or received during the scheduled time without communication will be considered a no-show.
No-shows may require a new order to be placed.

Once an order has been completed and delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for changes in quality due to delays in pickup, improper storage, or extended holding times.
