  • Do you list full ingredients?

    Due to the nature of our products and rotating recipes, we do not publish full ingredient lists. However, we clearly disclose common allergens and are happy to accommodate allergy-related questions before purchase.

  • Are there classic or non-infused options?

  • How do I place an order?

    Select your items, make your choices using the dropdown menus, and complete checkout online. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions for pick-up or delivery.n goes here

  • How does same-day delivery work?

    Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to availability. Delivery times are not selected at checkout. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a 1–2 hour delivery window.

  • What areas do you deliver to?

    Local delivery is available to select ZIP codes in the South Side and South Suburban areas. Downtown Chicago delivery is available as a separate delivery option with limited availability. Delivery options will only appear at checkout if your ZIP code is eligible.

  • Can I choose my delivery time?

    No. Delivery windows are assigned after order confirmation based on order volume and routing. Customers do not choose delivery times.

  • How does pick-up work?

    Pick-up is scheduled after checkout.
    You will receive a message with available pick-up windows and the designated location once your order is confirmed.

  • What are your pick-up days and times?

    Pick-up days is TUESDAY 12pm-3pm & 5 to 8pm. Please arrive during your assigned window to avoid delays.

  • Can I change my order after placing it?

    Because all items are prepared to order, changes are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.

  • Are refunds available?

    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Do you offer downtown Chicago delivery?

    Yes. Downtown Chicago delivery is available for select ZIP codes at a premium rate and with limited availability. Delivery windows are confirmed after order placement.

  • What is the delivery fee?

    Delivery fees vary by delivery zone and are shown at checkout. Fees are flat-rate and based on ZIP code, not distance.

  • Are your products made in advance?

    No. All orders are made fresh to order, which is why delivery and pickup windows are assigned after confirmation.

  • Do you offer late evening delivery or pickup?

    No. There are no late evening deliveries or pickups, and no same-day exceptions.

  • What happens if I miss my pickup window?

    Orders not picked up during the confirmed window may require rescheduling and are subject to availability.
